How do we know what is in each tote when we have packed?
Each tote has a dry erase label on the side of it. We provide you with a dry erase marker so you can write and rewrite your labels so you know where everything goes.
What if I am moving out of the Shenandoah valley?
You have two options:
1. You can purchase the totes from us for $20 per tote.
2. You can return them to us instead of us picking them up.
What happens if a tote breaks?
If a tote breaks and becomes unusable you will incur a $20 fee per broken tote.
What do I do if I already have the totes and want to extend another week?
Email us at hello@oldtowntotes.com. We will extend your reservation as availability allows. If you do not notify us that you would like to extend your rental you will be charged $1 per tote per day until they are returned.
